Daily protests are continuing against the Greek government's austerity cuts, with unions announcing a general strike next month.
Measures likely to be adopted include the sacking of at least 25,000 in the public sector.
Aother 70,000 state employees have been placed on labour reserve, where they will get reduced wages for a year before being laid off.
