On 26th -31st August 2015, the London School of Puppetry (LSP) ran a week-long programme on the Art of Puppetry in Education and Therapy, focusing on shadow puppetry.
This video shows the participants' process of making coloured shadow puppets. They used card, paint, oil and PVA glue. Once the puppets were jointed and had rods, the group operated them with torches in shadow tents as well as coming up with a show on the overhead projector.
The course was run by Caroline Astell-Burt (LSP) and Kay Yasugi (Pupperoos).
