Hey good afternoon everyone! So the other day I was watching some Parks and Recreation (one of my favourite shows) and one of the main characters- Ben Wyatt, is in love with calzones. It's a recurring joke throughout the series on how much Ben loves calzones. That got me thinking on how much I like calzones...I won't say I love them, because I think pizza is the better of the two, but I do like me some calzones from time to time. With that in mind, I decided to make some for the channel this week and they were delicious!

Dough Ingredients:
-3 1/2 cups bread flour
-1 tbsp white granulated sugar
-1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
-1 1/3 cups warm water
-2 1/2 tsp instant yeast
-2 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Pizza Sauce Ingredients:
-28oz can of San Marzano tomatoes
-1/2 large white onion diced finely
-2 cloves of minced garlic
-1 tbsp dried oregano
-1 tbsp dried basil
-dried red pepper flakes
-1 tbsp white granulated sugar
-kosher salt
-black pepper
