Body cam footage of the shooting of Sam Dubose by University of Cicinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing. Officer Tensing was Indicted on murder charges today (July 29).

DuBose had been stopped originally for not having a front license plate. Tensing claimed in his police report that DuBose had ran him over and was dragging him with his car. That very clearly is not true in this video.
