Pfumvudza is a conservation agriculture (CA) concept in Zimbabwe that aims to improve food security for households. The term "Pfumvudza" comes from the Zimbabwean vernacular language and refers to new leaves blooming in the spring, which signals the start of a new farming season.
In 2024 the programme has become popular especially in rural areas with more than 3 million households practicing conservation agriculture
