Ingredients:
-3 Cups Pumpkin Puree
-1/2 cup water
-1 tsp Cinnamon
-1 tsp Nutmeg
-1 tsp Cardamom
For dehydrator: Follow the instructions that came with your dehydrator for drying druit leathers.
For oven: Set oven to 140 F (60 C), line a baking sheet with greased parchment paper, or a greased non-stick silicone sheet. Spread mixture out on the paper or silicone, about 1/2 cm thick. Place into the oven for around 8 hours, checking every hour or so after the third hour.
