Participating in the Flying Legends meeting in Duxford, this aircraft struck the P-51D Mustang “Big Beautiful Doll” in flight. The Mustang pilot quickly evacuated his aircraft, which was destroyed. Skyraider pilot recovers from rollover from collision and made a successfully emergency Landing with a half right wing . Fortunately, his battered right aileron still worked or it could have turned out differently for him.
