I check and test the regulated 13.8 volt regulated power supply i got from a seller on Ebay. It was not new and I could tell after opening screws in the case were a little rusty and hard to open and the bent places were not from shipping but from some hard use. Cleaned the circuit board, Straightened the case and then tested it to make sure it worked . This is an American manufacturer here in the U.S. not made in China.
