In this round-up, we explore 10 of the newer cross training shoes that haven been released over the last two years. These shoes come from major brands like Nike, Reebok, and NOBULL.

Every week, we’ve been putting each shoe in this round-up through a variety of tests. We kept consistent strength, power, and endurance tests throughout each review, but also sprinkled unique tests based off each shoe’s construction features. We did this to provide an unbiased and fair approach for every shoe.

To provide an idea of some of consistent tests we performed for each model, we used a 315 lb back squat to test the outsole's feeling, box jump burpees to test maneuverability, 3-mile commute walks for comfort, and 405 lb deadlifts for stability and compression.

Needless to say, we’ve spent a lot of time exploring the different options out there for a variety of needs.
