Former President Bill Clinton addresses College Track's newest graduates in New Orleans.
College Track is a college completion program that actively engages low-income students from the summer before 9th grade through college graduation and provides them with the academic, social and financial resources necessary to succeed. Urban League College Track opened in New Orleans in 2008. In 2012, the inaugural class of high school seniors graduated - 100% of these students were accepted into a 4-year college.
