*Description*
This course has been developed to give the learner an understanding of the role whistleblowers play in the workplace and how they are protected.
*Target Audience*
This course is targeted towards all members of the workplace impacted by whistleblowing requirements. This includes all workers, as well as people with managerial positions and policy development responsibilities.
*Learning Outcomes*
This course provides an understanding of:
- what whistleblowers are and when it occurs
- legal protections for whistleblowers, and
- why organisations need to protect the identity of whistleblowers.
