Relations between Taiwan and Vietnam have grown steadily over the years. Katie Juan, a Vietnamese who came to Taiwan after marrying her Taiwanese husband. Now, she teaches Vietnamese culture and language at National Taiwan University and the Police College. Her family, a blend of cultures and languages, all speak the most international of languages: love.
