We have two different types of group workout programs! Our members switch back and forth in between our two group workout programs to stay motivated, or they do personal training to really accelerate their progress even faster.
One group workout program is Rhino Bootcamp: different every day and the movements are tough but not technical. You may be pushing or pulling sleds, using battle ropes, sledgehammering tires, or any number of bootcamp style exercises. This class is programmed to help you look your best AND feel your best.
The other group workout is RhinoFit. It includes weightlifting + a workout every single class. You start out deadlifting/squatting/pressing/cleaning/snatching or jerking and then you do the workout of the day.
The main difference between the two classes is that RhinoFit allows you to lift heavy! But don't worry, both classes offer alternatives for every movement so you are never stuck doing something that hurts you instead of helping you. Pro tip: You can row or bike instead of run...
Our members get access to special workshops built around their goals which range from running clinics to Olympic Weightlifting. We also host community events to keep the camaraderie high. Whether you want to workout one on one or be part of a team, we are here to help you become your healthiest, happiest self.
