CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Staying home with children might get challenging sometimes, especially when they’re lacking movement. That’s why we’ve created a new programme for kids and postnatal workout for moms with small babies like Leia. Adults are welcome to join too! It's a 45min live, online, interactive dance class for children and parents who want to learn all 5 Latin American dances. The dances include Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Jive and Salsa. We will start with the warmup and then move on to learning the dance moves and practicing to music. Focusing on the posture, body coordination, rhythm and musicality - yet still keeping the class fun and interactive.
DANCE PROGRAM:
25, 27, 29, 31 May- Salsa
1, 3, 5, 7 June - ChaCha
8, 10, 12, 14 June - Rumba
15, 17, 19, 21 June - Samba
22, 24, 26, 28 June - Jive

HOW DOES IT WORK:
We will be using ZOOM to connect with each other, it is free and very easy to register, however if you may have issues our lines are still open so feel free to call us at any time! All you need to do is accept the invitation by clicking on the link, follow the instructions to insert the password and then simply get comfortable to start dancing as we appear live on your device.
HOW MUCH SPACE YOU NEED:
We designed a program that does not require more than 2/3meters space. Anywhere at home is good, whether it is a garden, living room, bedroom or corridor, we do not mind, as long as you are comfortable.
