Not every day you get to see a 60 foot whale (kite) soaring in the air over a beach. But that's the sight beachgoers in Delray Beach, Florida, were treated to. Randy "The Kite Man" Lowe launched the whale kite on a picture perfect Sunday afternoon. Randy regularly flies one or more of his dozens of giant kites at the beach. The designs range from sea life to superheroes and Greek gods to scuba divers. Randy is invited to fly his kites at festivals all over the country.
