Ho'oponopono is an incredibly powerful ancient Hawaiian practice for forgiveness, reconciliation and self-love.

If you have been struggling in any area of life, it can often be attributed to some form of subconscious 'block' or 'wound' that needs to be released and healed. Whilst it can be helpful at times, it is not always necessary to know exactly what needs to be healed or forgiven. Simply chanting this mantra or just allowing your conscious and subconscious to hear it can lead to profound healing and releasing.

Whilst listening or chanting it may be that past situations, images memories or feelings come up which your conscious had long since forgotten or believed to have been healed. Simply allow these to arise and be acknowledged, knowing that this was something buried within you which needed to be released. It can often be surprising what is brought to the surface.

This practice can also be used with a specific situation or purpose in mind. Perhaps a relationship, perhaps self-love and self-forgiveness. All healing will ultimately begin with self love and forgiveness so this is often a good place to start if you are at all unsure.

Listen whenever suits you, even whilst sleeping. 💟
