Uganda's Vice President, Edward Ssekandi, and senior government officials welcomed representatives from the Chinese government, the private sector and international experts in Kampala. These stakeholders have convened for an investment and trade cooperation forum. The forum aims to discuss how to better leverage China's Cooperation to fast track the country's infrastructure development and Industrialisation.
