Install hp scan for IOS or Android

Install the scanner software app 123.HP.com on your Android or Apple iOS mobile phone
Visit the official site 123.hp.com in the browser of the affected device on your mobile phone or tablet and install the application
Make sure your mobile is connected to WiFi.
Open the hp 123 scanner app and add your healthcare scanner to your device
Remark:

If your printer is visible on your mobile device, go to the next step.
So, if the printer doesn't appear on your mobile device, tap the plus sign to select a printer from the list of found scanners, set up a new one, and follow the general on-screen instructions.

To set up the scanning feature on your HP printer and enable Scan to Mobile functionality, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure your printer is connected to the same wireless network as your mobile device or computer.

2. Open a web browser on your device and go to 123.hp.com/setup.

3. Enter your HP printer model number and click on "Begin" or "Download".

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the HP printer software.

5. Once the software is installed, open the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer.

6. Sign in to the app using your HP account credentials. If you don't have an account, create one by following the prompts.

7. On the app's home screen, tap on the "Scan" option.

8. Position the document or photo you want to scan on the scanner glass or in the automatic document feeder (ADF), depending on your printer's capabilities.

9. In the HP Smart app, select the scanning options you prefer, such as color or black and white, resolution, file format, etc.

10. Tap on the "Scan" button to start the scanning process.

11. Once the scan is complete, you can preview and edit the scanned document if needed.

12. Finally, save the scanned document to your mobile device or computer or share it via email or cloud storage.

Now you should be able to scan documents or photos directly from your HP printer to your mobile device using the Scan to Mobile feature.
