A research study from Canon, Make Me Mobile, investigating SMB attitudes to mobility, has highlighted that Australian SMB decision-makers and employees alike understand the importance of a mobile strategy and want greater access to information whilst working remotely. However, it also found that few businesses are implementing the solutions required to capitalise on opportunities when out of the office, with some estimating lost opportunities costing up to $20,000 in some instances -- but in real terms this could be a lot more.
