The Irving Black Arts Council celebrates Black History Month with a comprehensive program of performances, social events and exhibitions. This year, they featured four artists from the community at their annual art show in the Irving Arts Center. These talented men create fine art in the classic sense: using pen, pencil, paint and paper. Amshi Stephenson attended the show and reception and makes this report.
