We've teamed up again with "Green Goddess" Diana Moran for another set of exercises to help keep you fit and healthy at home. Diana's simple standing exercises are designed to help us have lovely legs and happy feet, to support the body and help with posture.
These exercises are designed for fit and able bodied seniors but please be mindful of the following:
✅ Please take care if you have existing medical or joint problems
✅ If something hurts, stop!
✅ Use a piece of furniture to keep your balance
✅ Please wear sensible shoes
