The Magistrates Court was for the second time in less than a fortnight compelled to adjourn the pre-trial conference in the Corruption case against former Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero and ten of his co-accused persons. The defence team yet again complained to the magistrate that the prosecution had failed to supply them with all the documentation that will be used in the trial. Ken Mijungu with the details.
