A quick demo of my peavey 6505 going into my Zilla fatboy cab aided with a Maxon OD808 as a boost and a noise suppressor. I’m using a 1989 Charvel 375 deluxe with an EMG 81 in the bridge position.

This cab hasn’t been mic’d but it should still give you a good idea of what sounds you should expect to hear from this setup! Recorded with an iPhone 11 Pro!

Amp settings:

Pre gain: 4.5
Bass: 6
Middle: 7
Treble: 6
Presence: 6
Resonance: 7
Post gain: 0.5 (I’ve got neighbours lol)

Maxon settings

Drive: 0
Tone 12 o’clock
Balance: Full

NS-2 settings:

Reduction mode
Threshold on maximum
Decay on minimum
