This bread is one of my favorites because it is easy to prepare and is made with simple and available ingredients that can be found in every home.
These hearty French bread rolls have a light, buttery texture that's perfect for dipping into a warm, comforting soup. These Korean breads are tasty, fragrant, and delicious, and they are easy to prepare.
To make this bread, you need;
200 grams bread flour
3 grams yeast
20 grams sugar
4 grams salt
140 ml cold milk
20 grams melted unsalted butter
Topping: 60 grams cold butter
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 20-25 minutes
