Here is an easy homemade fig jam recipe that requires only three ingredients. You'll never have to buy your own fig jam again! :)

Ingredients
1 kg of figs
1 kg of granulated sugar
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Preparation
1- In a deep pan, combine 1 kg of figs with 1 kg of granulated sugar and set aside overnight.
2- Place the pan on stove top.
3- Cook for about 30-35 minutes on low heat by stirring occasionally.
4- Add 1 Tbsp of lemon juice and take the pan off the stove when the syrup is thickened.
5- Ladle the jam into jars immediately and seal the lids tightly.
6- Fig jam is ready. Enjoy!
