When I started it, and even now, I am mourning the loss of my dad. When life feels out of control, I know I can control things. So the things I can control are physical things that I can move around and re-organize. But that’s not the solution or substitute for morning in a healthy manner. And I know this. So doing this novice video is really a little bit of therapy for me. It’s self realization as well. It has the added benefit that my pantry works better for me and looks prettier and does bring me some joy.

If you’ve lost someone, I am very sorry for your loss. I’m hoping that this is relatable and might help you too.

We love much, so we mourn much and that is okay.
