We brought together family members of MMIW in 5 Mi'kmaq communities to share their experiences and create peaked caps to honour their love ones. This project was family led. It was deeply moving for family members as they reflected on the design that represents their loved ones. The video includes women sharing the meaning behind the designs on the caps and who it is for.
