This year, we welcomed 50 talented mentees from diverse backgrounds to celebrate a successful mentoring scheme with BP and Norton Rose Fulbright. The students, who have been selected by Aspiring Solicitors, are mentored by lawyers from bp and Norton Rose Fulbright across a variety of group mentoring and bespoke workshops, helping to develop awareness and understanding of differences essential to create a positive and effective legal profession.
This initiative provided mentees with the dual perspective of in-house and private practice lawyers, involving very senior professionals from both organisations.
