I hate using a term that I had to look up google to understand, but CATO is a term in model rocketry or pyrotechnic rocketry that stands for Catastrophe At Take Off.
When I filmed this, I thought that the rocket never even took off, I thought it just blew up, but I new there was no way all of that composition just burned that fast, and it was way too quiet.
My rocket did in fact take off quite vertical, but the payload bursted right at take off, and with a hole in the top of the rocket already blown open, the force was no longer only going downward.
If you're one of the few intelligent people that actually read youtube descriptions and have gotten this far, you deserve a cookie, or perhaps a shell fired off with your name on it.
