In this SilencerCo Maxim 9 review, we take a look at one of the newest pistol suppressor combios made. The Maxim 9 has been anticipated for sometime and everyone including SilencerCo has been talking about it for a while. After a very long wait, the SilencerCo Maxim 9 is finally in circulation, and we have the Maxim 9 for sale at [ Ссылка ], your top source for silencers for sale online.
For those looking for a Maxim 9 for sale, here are some quick facts you’ll appreciate:
The Maxim 9 has a striker fired action. It uses 9mm ammunition. The SilencerCo Maxim 9 uses modular technology in which it has a short configuration as well as a long configuration. In the short configuration, the Maxim 9 is hearing-safe with 9mm sub-sonic ammunition (147 grain or above). In the long configuration, the Maxim 9 is hearing-safe with all 9mm ammunition including jacketed hollow points. It weighs 2 pounds, 2 ounces in the short configuration and 2 pounds, 7 ounces in the long configuration. It is 9.54 inches long in the short configuration and 10.75 inches long in the in the long configuration.
During the unboxing of the Maxim 9, we discovered that it comes with a really cool looking black box and the inside has some cool looking designs. It comes with two Magpul 17 GL19 mags and it can also accept glock 17 mags as well. The mechanics work virtually like any other semi-auto pistol. It has KeyMOD slots on the bottom for accessory attachments and has a pre-cutout slot on top for optics. One thing that quickly stands out with the Maxim 9 is the trigger. The trigger is definitely not giving Giselle Triggers a run for their money any time soon – it is really stiff, a bit uncomfortable, and kind of similar to that of a factory glock trigger. Hopefully someone will come out with an aftermarket trigger down the road. Diving into the integrated suppressor portion, we noticed that the different sections of the suppressor contains four different baffle sections. This gives you the opportunity to shorten the Maxim 9 down to the short configuration we talked about. In order to take apart the baffles, you will need to use the allen wrench that is included in the box. You will just unscrew the two screws on the front, which releases the different sections of the baffles. While doing so, we discovered there are two guide rods that keep the baffle stacks in place. You can remove the rods either by hand or with a pair of pliers if necessary.
To get to the shorter configuration of the Maxim 9, you will need to use the shorter set of rods included in the box and switch the longer ones out with the shorter ones. TO take the slide off, it is as simple as pressing the lever in on the back and holding it while lifting the lever on the front of the slide . This will release the slide. Then, tilt the slide up and pull it off. To put it back on, you only need to tilt the slide back, lock it in, and slide it back on by pressing the lever back in, holding it, and lowering the switch. Putting the baffles stocks back on is as simple as just starting backwards and stack them in the order they originally came off. Once they are all back on, simply re-install the front cap with the two screws.
We really like the SilencerCo Maxim 9 and hope that you found this Maxim 9 Review by eSilencers interesting. Again, we have the Maxim 9 for sale at [ Ссылка ], the top source for suppressors for sale online. The only negative we could really discover about it was the trigger, otherwise we understand what all the hype is about.
