A very short video clip of our new van, which I converted into a campervan on its 2nd day of ownership! Hahahaha

It is a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT. We carried over some of the stuff we already have in our Jeep Renegade, the roof cargo box, some lights, japanese tatami matress,goal zero yeti 150, camp stoves, and more. But we definitely ditched the air beds, we now have a tri-fold millard matress!

For me, cooking should be as simple as breathing. The more you complicate things, the harder it is to appreciate.
