Coriander Peanut 🥜 Chutney
2cups coriander leaves
2tbsp peanuts
4-5 garlic pods
1/2 inch ginger
2 spicy green chillies
1tsp fennel seeds
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:-
1.Wash and finely chop the coriander leaves along with the tender stem.Its the stems that have the maximum taste and health benefits.Donot throw them .
2. Add all the ingredients except coriander leaves and coarse .
3. Then add the coriander leaves amd 1/8th cup water and grind .Add more water as needed to grind to a thick fine paste .
4.Store chutney in an airtight glass or ceramic container .
5.This chutney is multipurpose can be used as a dip,spread , and also as base for curries and marinade for meat and veggies .
