This is gonna be a two part answer for me. Thank you for this question. I break it down into act, kind acts for myself as a self love and discipline and kind acts for other people or other businesses. So myself would be, I stopped smoking weed for 11 days. Now, I've been really disciplined with that. I started a coaching program that if anybody is curious, it's to help people transmute their pain through expressive writing or in a form of imperfect writing. So I have all kinds of tools that I can teach people on how to do that. If anybody is curious and they'd like to work with me on one on one sessions, I can send you the form for that. I uploaded more products to my website and got a lot of that done. So that's some self love for me, for others. I help all the time with people as a sort of accountability partner or giving advice just for free, like here on wisdom and then locally at the local church, I donate my time a lot and I'm gonna be installing Led Light fixtures uh This week.
