I describe my tourist section on the map and many of the tourism buildings:

Space Port (gets tourists onto your planet)
Motel
Hotel
Small Casino
Gift Shop
Restaurant
The Lander of Liberty (not mentioned but tourist related)
Museum
Outdoor Shopping Mall (holds 2000 tourists)
Zoo
Obelisk of Colonial Independence (not mentioned but holds tourists)

I also touched on 3 other buildings:

Toy Sweatshop (consumes plastic and makes toys)
Clothing Sweatshop (consumes cloth and makes $$$)
Textile Mill (consumes wool to make cloth)
