Today, I’ll be unboxing the poem book that I WROTE and PUBLISHED this summer. This is the fourth poetry book that I’ve published and it’s called Chronically Ordinary by Rachel Elisabeth. I was particularly excited to see what the cover looked like since this will be the first book that I designed with a light blue cover!

Chronically Ordinary is Rachel Elisabeth’s fourth poetry book. This poetry collection explores themes such as chronic stress, feeling trapped, and falling into slumps. The work touches on the constant need to catch up and distinguish oneself, along with the simultaneous feeling of getting lost in the crowd and feeling inadequate, uninspired, and ordinary, sentiments that often arise from life in a digital age. The book reflects on one’s journey with conflicting emotions, discovering oneself, and ultimately accepting and embracing one’s uniqueness.
