BISUKOL (SNAIL) This was normally cooked with tomato with tamarind leaves in our barangay. This is very fun to eat specially when eating with your family.
You need to fill your lungs with air since you need to suck the opening of the shell at the topmost for the meat to come out. The tail should be cut before cooking to let the air pass through when you suck or blow.
Each place in our country has its own story to tell and has various exotic food to offer....and this is one of ours.. 😁
