Its time to harvest our spring crop of kohlrabi. In all honesty we may be a little late with this harvest but still we have been very pleased with the results! growing kohlrabi has been an interesting experiment in 2021 and 2022 and we have certainly found the white Vienna kohlrabi to be a quick and easy brassica to grow much easier than broccoli or cabbage in our opinion. And we can say that we have already harvested a fairly decent crop in 2022 with a fall harvest yet to come! Kohlrabi is certainly a plant worth growing as a tasty vegetable crop in your home garden.
