Commuters plying the ever-busy Itu-Calabar Highway told to expect a better driving experience as a new bye-pass has been constructed to reduce the pressure on the Odukpani section of the road.
The 15kilometer road is one of the key projects being executed by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in Cross River State.
