What to do if you have Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro stuck on MIUI logo or restarts?
First you can try Factory reset and reflash firmware. In my case, that didn't help.

If the phone starts normally, check all camera connectors and clean them if necessary, check all conductive tapes and fix or change them.
