Best MIIT Warm Up | Interval Training | Fitness With Diva
🌻 Hello Everyone,
Welcome to my Channel, The following workouts are part of The FitMas Challenge currently taking place, with an 8 Part Series and an extra Bonus Video at the end. These are Medium Impact Interval Training (MIIT) Workouts a level up from the previous Tabata Series in which you can find in the description box below for beginners. I will be loading a new video every Monday. What is Interval training? The goal is to perform as many repetitions as you can in the given time period with a moment of rest. However, I do suggest going at your own pace to begin with as you build your way up, alternatively depending on your fitness level you could simply follow along. This is a no repeat, no talking workout, the exercises only appear once.
