A 46-year-old Israeli gang leader has been arrested in Bryanston. It is alleged that he is attached to a criminal group called the Abergil Organisation, that has been on Interpol's Red Notice list since 2015. He's just one of many including Convicted drug trafficker Martin Evans, who was arrested in Midrand in 2014 and Irish woman and murder-accused Ruth Lawrence, who had been hiding out in Bloemfontein. Has South Africa become a safe haven for the world's criminals?
