Gov. Phil Murphy made his first public appearance Tuesday since voluntarily quarantining about a week ago. He was sporting a double mask based on “strong advice.”
Tuesday, the state announced 3,144 newly-confirmed positive COVID-19 tests and 31 deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 669,481 positive cases in the state and 22,497 confirmed and probable deaths.
