Ingredients:
• 1 cup of water
• 1/2 cup boiled milk
• 2 tablespoons of black tea leaves
• 1 teaspoon of brown sugar (or to taste)
• 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
Instructions:
1. In a pot, add water, milk, sugar, and ginger.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the black tea leaves
4. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
5. Strain the tea into a cup and serve it hot. Enjoy!
