S stands for SCAN, R stands for READ, F stands for FEED and R stands for RESULT.

1. S stands for SCAN which means OMR Software scans any kind of OMR sheet so you have to scan the OMR sheet. You can use ADF Scanner or Flatbed Scanner to scan any kind of OMR sheet, once the OMR sheet is scanned be moved to the next step which is R.

2. R stands for READ the OMR sheet or OMR software, In which you will explain the process that in the software you have the select the scanned OMR sheets. You have to click on the play button software starts reading all the OMR sheets with different parameters depending on the fields in which there are OMR Sheets, Once Reading is complete then we move to step 3 which is F.

3. F stands for FEED means that Once you have scanned the OMR sheet ready OMR sheet. OMR sheet step 3 Feed We need to feed the answer key, we need to give the answer key to this software, and we set the marking scheme for this if you have evaluated any result you have also set we marking scheme which is 3rd step. Once you have completed step 3rd then you have to for the last step which is R.
