This conference, organized online on 19 November 2020, is the second conference of our series "Towards a European recognition of the rights of Nature", initiated by MEP Marie Toussaint, with the support of the Greens/EFA.
This conference focused on getting a closer look at the key legal stakes around the recognition of Nature rights, from the issues around access to justice, to the role of judges in their recognition.
