And this time, I have pan-fried the KING of the fish😃, KINGFISH FRY / SEER FISH FRY🐟. Popularly known as Iswan Fish fry or Surmai Fish fry in our region🏖.
Really there is no better way to enjoy fish, like Pan Fried Fish. And when we coat it with fine Semolina / Rava, it gets the nice crispy crunchy taste. This type of fish fry recipe doesn't require any special time to enjoy & hence we can eat it at any time.
King Fish🐟 is such type of fish that we can enjoy it in Fry or in nice spicy tangy curry style🥘. Also since it is less bony or has only one main bone, we can enjoy it bindasly without any fear of bones😀😃.

Notes🧧:
* Fish fry tastes awesome when we take nice fresh cleaned fish. *Wash the fish properly before using it.
* Leave for at least 20 mins for marination for proper masala tastes.
* To prepare Tamarind pulp, dip marble size Tamarind in little water & leave it aside for 10 mins. And then extract the pulp from this Tamarind.

2 - Kingfish / Seer fish / Surmai / Iswan (Big size)
1 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
1 tsp - Red Chili powder
1 tbsp - Tamarind pulp
1/2 cup - Semolina / Rava
