However, in recent years, the company has faced several issues related to the check-in process, including reports of check-in denials and fraudulent behavior.

My personal experience with OYO Rooms was disappointing and frustrating, as I encountered several issues related to check-in during my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I was denied check-in even though I had confirmed my reservation and had already paid for my room. The hotel staff cited "technical issues" as the reason for the denial and asked me to pay an additional amount of money before they could allow me to check-in.

I was shocked and frustrated by this demand, as I had already paid for the room in advance and had not been informed of any additional charges. I tried to explain the situation to the staff, but they were unresponsive and insisted on the additional payment. Feeling helpless and confused, I decided to pay the amount and proceed with the check-in process.

However, my troubles did not end there. Throughout my stay, I encountered several other issues related to the room's quality and the staff's behavior. The room was not as advertised on the company's website and was not cleaned properly. The staff was unresponsive to my requests for basic amenities, and the service was slow and inadequate.

Moreover, I discovered that several other guests had faced similar issues during their stay, with some reporting fraudulent behavior by the staff. Some guests had been denied check-in even though they had confirmed reservations, while others had been asked to pay additional charges that were not mentioned in their booking confirmation.

My experience with OYO Rooms was disappointing and frustrating, and I felt that I had been cheated and scammed by the company. The issues that I faced during my stay are a cause for concern and require the company's attention. OYO Rooms must take stronger measures to ensure that its staff is trained properly and that its policies are implemented more strictly.
