First of hopefully many videos to come! I'll give you a quick look at my smokers, and some new mods I did to my new Oklahoma Joe's Highland off-set smoker. I'm a pellet-head, but I wanted to try my hand at a "real" pit smoker. There is definitely a learning curve with them, bit I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do!
