You can absolutely do the mini ubers and uber tristram on a budget smiter build.

Biggest weakness: mobs. Solution: teleport with a sorc with 105 fcr so that you know where the mini uber is first. Then come back to game with the cheap smiter and use your tele staff to get there.

This will save you a lot of teleport charges on your wand and save you from a few rips.

Notes / Updates:

-Damage to Demons does not work with smite

-I said to run salvation with Lilith, but don't, drink 5 antidote pots instead.
