We spent almost 2 months living in Hoi An with our two daughters and we loved sampling all of the delicious street food and local delicacies. Not only was it great to sample many traditional dishes, but also as we are traveling with our two young daughters this was a great way to connect and talk to local people and families. Since travelling with our two daughters we find it so easy to talk to local people because of the children.
One of favourites dishes was Cao lau is made with noodles, pork, and greens traditionally found only in the town of Hoi An. So if you visit you must try this dish.
